Signe Reidla founded Execruit after a career spent inside the pharmaceutical industry.
She saw first-hand that the most important hires in biopharma are rarely the easiest to find, and that conventional recruitment approaches often fall short when the talent is highly specialised, the stakes are high, and time matters.
Execruit was created to provide a different approach: combining direct biopharma expertise with the reach of a global talent network and the precision of targeted executive search.

Meet Our Leadership
Signe Reidla
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Signe Reidla founded Execruit in 2018 and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since its inception. She advises boards and executive teams across the biopharmaceutical industry on senior leadership and essential talent appointments, leadership development, and CEO succession reflecting her conviction that strong organisations are built end-to-end, not from the top down alone.
Prior to founding Execruit, Signe spent close to 15 years at leading Swiss pharmaceutical companies, first at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, where she led a new antiviral to global approval and commercial success, and later at Tillotts Pharma AG, a Swiss specialty pharmaceutical company within the Japanese Zeria Group, where she held corporate development responsibilities. In this role, she reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Business Development Officer and worked closely with the Board on major strategic decisions related to global scale-up and market expansion across Europe.
Her career spans the full arc of a biopharmaceutical organisation from R&D to corporate development, M&A, the foundation and development of new legal entities across European markets. This breadth, combined with two decades working across diverse corporate cultures internationally, has given Signe a genuinely global mindset and a deep, first-hand understanding of how biopharma organisations function at every level.
Signe holds a Medical Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tartu, the latter with specialisation in corporate, commercial, IP, pharmaceutical, and international private law. She is also certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), specialising in Executive and Team Leadership Assessment and Coaching.
